Why has the app changed?
Our new and improved PLUS app has arrived offering even more to our customers. With a whole new look and easier to use it is better than ever!
I've tried to log into the new app but have been asked to change my password - why?
As part of the new app launch, it was necessary to ensure all users reset their password to reactivate their account. Simply select the prompt to reset your password and follow the instructions within the email to do so. I’ve requested a password reset but not received the email Users who had an account previously and used their social media account to login will not receive a reset password email. Simply tap the appropriate social media button on the sign in screen to login. Don’t forget to check you junk/spam folders too! If you did not sign up using the social media button, email still not received or account still not recognised please send an assistance request using the prompt on screen. Why do you need access to my camera and photos? The PLUS app has two reasons to use your camera – to redeem offers and to use our exciting feature Style Seeker. Offers and competitions when visiting the centre are redeemed by scanning a dedicated QR code when presented by store or promotion team staff. Style Seeker is our exciting shopping aid to help you find great items and outfit inspiration. Simply use an existing photograph from your library or take one when find something you love to find similar using the feature. For any further assistance, please contact us using the form here.
