Assistant Store Manager

Here at SoleTrader, we are known for selling premium brand shoes and accessories. We have been successfully doing this for over 50 years and now have over 40 stores nationwide and an ever-growing online presence.

We now have an opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join our team and be based in our store in Aberdeen.

You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and staff management skills. Your remit will be to maximise sales by delivering outstanding customer service, resourcing and talent management. You will also be responsible and accountable for the company’s cash and stock.

You will be familiar with meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), managing budgets and talent management.


We offer excellent career progression, 25% discount and 28 days holiday, which will increase to 33 days after 5 years’ service.
