3rd Key / Key holder

Position Summary:


The 3rd Key / Key holder will assist in store management by overseeing the location, as required.  The 3rd Key / Key holder will partner with the store management to implement all corporate and store programs, practices and policies.




  1. Customer service:

  • Display excellent customer service skills, setting an example to the team.
  • Quickly and effectively resolve customer issues.


  1. Managerial Support:

  • Utilise and maintain customer database for phone calls, product launches, events and appointments.

  • Follow and implement all corporate visual presentation standards and guidelines.


  1. In-Store Supervision & Sales Responsibilities:

  • Ensure highest levels of customer service is provided by staff, which will result in increased productivity.

  • Perform opening and closing procedures, (i.e. opening cash counts, closing deposits, shift management, etc.) in accordance with company policies.


  1. Enforcement of Company Policies & Maintenance of Standards:

  • Attend training, education and meetings as required.

  • Adhere to policies and procedures of the store.


  1. Inventory Maintenance:

  • Process and record transfers and RGAs


  1. Adhering to the company policies and continually setting an example in customer service, dress code and the professional standards expected by mac.
