You will become a significant part of Jack & Jones retail store operations within the UK as a member of our seasonal team.
Your overall responsibility is to ensure the continuous success and development of our Jack & Jones Aberdeen store, through executing sales and ensuring best practice.
You will ensure that our products and service concept are delivered in our store in order to make sure our customers feel Proud Secure and Satisfied.
Your areas of responsibilities are:
Ensure optimal Store Performance by maximize sales and increase profitability
Plan and carry out sales promotional initiatives
Make sure that different sales KPIs are reached.

Written and verbal skills
The ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels
The ability to plan and prioritise your own work
Outgoing & friendly personality
You must possess excellent communication skills along with a high personal drive and a winning mentality. Furthermore, you must have the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues to achieve strategies and increase sales.
Required experience: 1+ years retail experience
