Union Square is part of the Child Safe scheme.

We have chosen to run this scheme in order to help parents and children during their visit to us whether they are shopping, eating or simply having fun. The aim of the scheme is to reunite parents with lost children as quickly as possible.

Free Child Safe wristbands can be picked up from Frankie and Benny’s, Fat Face, YO! Sushi, Costa coffee or Hobbycraft and then comfortably attached to your child once you have written your mobile telephone number on the reverse

In the event of you becoming separated from your child:

Call the number on the Child safe posters located within retailers’ premises. Our security team and Union Square retailers will then be alerted to the situation. When your child is found our security team can then contact you directly.
