Pirates! In an Adventure with Scientists - 28th March 2012
Walk the plank with Hugh Grant's Pirate Captain in a brilliant 3D animated adventure from the makers of Wallace and Gromit!

But how can they bag more booty than the successful likes of Peg Leg Hastings (Lenny Henry), Cutlass Liz (Salma Hayek) and Black Bellamy (Jeremy Piven)? After a fruitless search of the high seas, they run into Charles Darwin (David Tennant) - who takes an immediate shine to the Captain's odd-looking parrot! But will our heroes turn this to their advantage, dodge Pirate-hating Queen Victoria (Imelda Staunton) and win the prize from the Pirate King (Brian Blessed)? To find out, you'll have to see this hilarious new model-animation from Bristol's much-acclaimed Aardman Films. Adapted by Gideon Defoe from his own book, it's a riotously funny, action-packed 3D family adventure.

Determined to carve her own path in life, Merida defies an age-old custom sacred to the uproarious lords of the land: massive Lord MacGuffin (voice of Kevin McKidd), surly Lord Macintosh (voice of Craig Ferguson) and cantankerous Lord Dingwall (voice of Robbie Coltrane). Merida’s actions inadvertently unleash chaos and fury in the kingdom, and when she turns to an eccentric old Wise Woman (voice of Julie Walters) for help, she is granted an ill-fated wish.
